We would like to take this time to provide an update on Hurricane Zeta.

The security, well-being and safety of our guests are always, and remain, the highest priorities in all emergency situations. We continue to monitor Hurricane Zeta, and our inclement weather policy remains in place for guests unable to arrive or depart.

Hurricane Zeta is expected to become a category 1 hurricane prior to making landfall in the Cozumel and Yucatan Peninsula regions. Both Cancun and Cozumel International Airports remain operating at this time; however, we encourage partners to check the status of individual flights or subsequent transfers to the clients’ final destination.

At this time, no evacuation mandates have been issued, and all resorts remain open and operational. As a precautionary measure, resort staff teams will be temporarily moving guests into the meeting room facilities in each resort. Zoëtry® Paraiso de la Bonita guests will be sheltered in meeting rooms at Dreams® Natura Resort & Spa. This will take place this evening, by 9:00 p.m. local time. We will continue to adhere to our CleanComplete VerificationTM protocols during this time by taking temperatures to everyone arriving to the meeting room additionally hand sanitizing gels and masks will be provided to all guests.

Guests on property received two standard letters to their guest rooms yesterday, and a third letter today detailing the storm and evacuating procedures.
